"Our small community choir participated in the ACT FAST event the Thursday before Thanksgiving. We have done this for the past four years as a group, fasting duritng the day and then meeting in the evening for our regularly-scheduled rehearsal to collect funds and sing mindfully together. It is a simple tradition to keep, since we always rehearse on Thursdays and social justice is what we want to sing about!"
